This test executes a Puma UDP test using the parameters specified below. This is based on a CVE with a CVSS Score of 7.5. CVE

The best way to use this test is to run multiping with the target IP and a interval of 1 sec. Then run this tool. If the device is susceptible it will have highly degraded performance for the duration of the test. This will cause a near complete packet loss and loss of service for the duration of the test. This test will also affect the telephone service of a device that supplies it.

If your running this test on your own modem on your own network then simply leave the prepopulated IP address or put your external IP in which you can get from here Look up IP , and run the test. During the duration of the test you will loose all internet service if your device does not have the current firmware updates.

The best solution is to get a device based on Broadcom
